Coalition Politics

Young people confront important issues with bold solutions when no one else will. Despite youth leaders' ability to imagine innovative solutions, there is currently no proven method to turn this vision into legislation. Democracy at Home will become that instrument of young people through which they can turn their great ideas into real world solutions. Our work will empower youth voices across America by forming coalitions supportive of the views of young people and powerful enough to convince elected officials of the promise of those views. The young people of America are passionate and hungry for change. Democracy at Home will engage that passion and hunger and ensure it leads to the new laws that we need.
